Nonstop is a short, vérité documentary following Tyler Shelton, & the UNC-CH boxing team, as he prepares for his second collegiate match.

The film originated as an experiment in vérité filmmaking, created for a graduate class in Documentary Narratives at UNC-Chapel Hill. Parameters for the film included no formal interviews, sole reliance on ambient audio gathered on location, single filmmaker production, and no influence or interference in events as they unfolded.
